Frequently asked questions

Do I need insurance?
No. LIFE NP is a direct-pay practice: one flat monthly membership covers your visits and ongoing care, with no insurance required and no surprise bills.
Is medication included in the monthly price?
Your membership covers clinical care: visits, your treatment plan, and ongoing provider support. Medication, lab work, and pharmacy costs are separate, and we'll always discuss expected costs with you before you start anything.
Which states do you serve?
We currently see patients located in Arizona and North Dakota, with Idaho, Utah, and Hawaii coming soon. You must be physically located in a state we serve at the time of your telehealth visit.
Will I definitely be prescribed medication?
Not necessarily, and that's a good thing. Prescriptions are issued only when your provider determines treatment is safe and appropriate for you after reviewing your history, symptoms, and labs. Your membership fee never buys a prescription; it buys real clinical care.
