No, and that's intentional. Direct-pay membership means no prior authorizations, no claim denials, and no rushed visits. Many patients find the flat monthly price costs less than their old copays and deductibles combined. You may be able to use HSA/FSA funds; check with your plan administrator.

Membership covers clinical care: all visits, your treatment plan, monitoring, adjustments, and provider messaging. Medication, labs, and pharmacy costs are separate. Your provider will discuss expected costs before you start anything, so there are never surprises.

No. Prescriptions are issued solely at your provider's discretion when treatment is safe and clinically appropriate for you. Your membership fee pays for real clinical care and honest answers.

You'll receive a secure video link before your appointment. Join from any phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Visits are private, unhurried, and conducted directly with your nurse practitioner.

Your provider orders labs to a draw location convenient to you. Once results are in, you'll review them together at your next visit. Lab costs are separate from membership and are typically modest when paid cash.

Yes. Nurse practitioners are licensed advanced-practice clinicians who can evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe. In Arizona, NPs have full practice authority.

Your first visit is an in-depth evaluation. After that, follow-up frequency depends on your treatment. Expect more visits while starting or adjusting treatment, then regular maintenance check-ins. All visits are included in membership.

Yes, anytime, with no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. If you're on medication, your provider will help you transition or taper safely.
