Our Approach

Personalized, evidence-based, unhurried

  • A full hormonal picture. Your history, symptoms, and labs reviewed together, because numbers alone never tell the whole story.
  • Modern HRT options. Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone therapy when clinically appropriate, in formulations matched to your needs and preferences.
  • Whole-person care. Sleep, stress, bone health, and metabolic health addressed alongside hormones.
  • Ongoing partnership. Regular follow-ups and adjustments as your body changes. Menopause care isn't set-and-forget.
Hormone therapy isn't right for everyone. Your provider will review your personal and family history carefully and discuss benefits, risks, and alternatives so you can make an informed decision together.
FAQ

Women's hormone questions

How do I know if my symptoms are hormonal?
That's exactly what your first visit is for. Your provider will map your symptoms against your cycle history and labs to figure out what's hormonal, what isn't, and what to do about each.
Is HRT safe?
For many women, modern hormone therapy is both safe and effective. Whether it is for you depends on your health history, age, and risk factors. Your provider will give you an honest, personalized assessment rather than a blanket answer.
I'm still having periods. Is it too early?
Perimenopause can start years before your last period, and it's often when symptoms are most disruptive. It's never too early to get evaluated and understand your options.
What does membership include?
All provider visits, your personalized treatment plan, ongoing monitoring and adjustments, and between-visit messaging for $150/month. Medication and lab costs are separate and always discussed before you start.
